So, I had my three upgrade for the track at the end of last season, but that got lost in the computer system somewhere, and my liscense had me listed as a 5. So did the USAC records. Lovely. As far as the officials knew, I hadn't even taken the track class yet. I convinced them to let me race, though I had to do the fours race instead of the threes.
But, whatever, it was easier to make money that way. I ended up getting 2nd overall for the night, with a 2nd, 3rd, and W in the individual races. Good enough to get
my my moms entry fee back.
