Sure seems like it...
Todays race didn't go quite so good, but after thinking about it, I realized my heart rate being higher than normal the whole race along with not having any legs (yes, they got cut off, it's a sad story) were both pretty good signs that even though I can't feel it normally, I'm still not fully recovered from being sick last week.
Me and Coach Andrew decided that a few days of easy riding only would solve the problem, and seeing as there is no race next weeknend, it shouldn't hurt my "training" either.
And the RANDOM QUOTE OF THE DAY!!:
Tobin got run off the road and was dropped, he came by where I was standing a couple laps later, slowed down, looked up, and said "someone barfed over there."
