In other news, I did not sleep good last night, because
1) The school decided that spring break wasn't actually over until today, so there was no reason to turn the A/C on last night and thusly it was about 456765434529 degrees in the room.
2) The roomate decided that 2am was the perfect time to turn on all the lights in the room and cut his fingernails. I made it very clear that this wasn't the best idea and he went to bed. And proceeded to snore for about 3 hours.

Waco

The Cameron Park race was today.
Me and Will prepared last night by owning at Downhill Domination in our hotel room and listening to Megadeth on the way to the race. Methinks it helped - I finished 9th, but as not-so-awesome as that sounds, I was only 9 minutes behind 1st place, and I felt like it was one of the best races I've had in a long time.

Anyway... I have a bunch of nifty cool pictures from this weekend/ spring break that were going to make this a nifty cool photo blog, but I couldn't find my camera cable, then remembered I left it in the studio. So... I will get it when I have class tomorrow, and then upload all my pictures. Yay!

Adventures

I went back to Cameron Park today with Kim Chance. We rode a lap and a half-ish. It was good. I didn't get a flat.

Later, John came over and we played guitar hero and ate pizza. Then we were going to go bowling, but it was really crowded, so we decided to go somewhere else instead. We were going to go to Target, but somewhere along the way I made a wrong turn, so we went to 7-11 instead. Then I made another wrong turn and couldn't figure out which direction we were going or what road we were on. Then we ended up at Target and we found $30. Target was closed so we went to Walmart and used the money we found to buy some cds.

Random

Some random girl just tried to add me as a friend on facebook. This is what her "about me" said:

"Well this is like funky weiird lol okay well my mom is candien/native and my dads italien pluse a grew up like a acadienne so like i am all of thosee is that like funky weiird"

Yeah, I don't know. I thought it was funny.

We (me + mom) were just filling out the Federal Student Aid thing, and that's what kept typing for how much money I had from all these differant places. That means that hopefully the government will give me some denero. Too bad I have to pay them back.

In other news, I went to the high school today, and the parking lady yelled at me for parking in the faculty lot and told me I had to move. So I went furthur down in the faculty lot where she couldn't see me and parked there.

No offense to A+M, but...

Thanks for holding the (prehaps) dumbest race ever.

Actually, I don't know that "dumbest" is really the right word... It's more of a "comes down to luck, and riding ability really has nothing to do with the results" thing. Any time five people get flats in the first four minutes of the race...

Oh, and did you know that a cassette can fall off while you're riding? I didn't. But it seems that it can happen.

Then I got a flat.

By this time I had been standing on the side of the road so long that I only had to do 5 laps instead of 6. Possibly the only reason I even bothered finishing. Yeah...

If it wasn't for the 1/10 of the race that was on real pavement, I would just use my mountain bike next year. Maybe I'll use it anyway.

Then today: drove to Waco to ride Cameron Park. Rode 1/2 lap before I got a flat and it started to rain. Meh, it was on the way home (YAY SPRING BREAK!) and I might be going back out on Wednesday or something.

I have some awesome pictures from driving, but no cable for my camera...

Spring Break

Starts this weekend yay!

I finished my paper literally 2 minutes before it was due today yay!

It also rained and got cold again boo!

But spring break starts this weekend yay!

Sleep is nice

Weekend Report

Umm... Bar-H went good. I got 8th out of 20ish. I'll take that.
I have some funny pictures and stuff too, but those will have to wait. I've been in studio for 20 out of the last 24 hours and I need to get back and finish stuff tonight. Hopefuly somewhat early. Then I have to write a paper. Joy.
Oh and I have to go vote too. Vote for Mr. Obama. Hillary needs to stop running and go make me a sandwich. Yeah.

I'm going to bed.
